Madrid, May 26, 2026 – Labiana, a pharmaceutical group specializing in animal and human health and listed on BME Growth, returns once again to the Medcap Forum, the leading event for small- and mid-cap listed companies and institutional investors. Organized by BME, the forum will take place from May 26 to 28 at the Madrid Stock Exchange.

At this year’s event, Labiana will hold private meetings with current and potential investors to share its 2025 results—the best financial performance in the company’s recent history—as well as other key aspects of its progress, including growth opportunities in the animal and human health areas and the expansion of its portfolio of proprietary products and products manufactured for third parties. The one-on-one meetings will take place on Tuesday, May 26.

Additionally, Manuel Ramos, Chairman and CEO of Labiana, will participate in the roundtable discussion “Is 2026 the Year of Small Caps?”, which will take place on Wednesday, May 27, at 1:00 p.m. The panel will also feature Carmen Pinto, CEO of Nicolás Correa; Jordi Rovira, CFO of Vytrus Biotech; Pedro Yagüez, portfolio manager at Columbus Investment Partners; and Alberto Fernández, portfolio manager at Mutuactivos. The roundtable will be moderated by José Antonio Tamayo, Managing Director of Markets at GVC GAESCO.

The session will analyze why small- and mid-cap companies may represent a significant opportunity for the market, as well as the role of listed companies like Labiana in generating growth, visibility, and long-term value.

According to Manuel Ramos, Chairman and CEO of Labiana: “For Labiana, transparency and communication with current and potential investors are strategic priorities. Events like the Medcap Forum allow us to strengthen this dialogue, share the progress of our business areas, and highlight the role that small- and mid-cap companies play in the Spanish market. We believe that well-managed small caps, with solid projects and a clear growth ambition, have much to contribute to the business and financial ecosystem.”
