Reporting channel
LABIANA has placed a mechanism at the disposal of all of its members a reporting channel which is suitable to allow any victims, affected parties and employees at LABIANA who have reasonable suspicions that an irregularity is being committed or an act contrary to the law or the action rules of our Code of Ethics should notify it through this channel with guaranteed confidentiality and an absence of reprisals. These communications must be truthful and proportional. This mechanism cannot be used for purposes other than those seeking the compliance with the law and the rules of the Code of Ethics.
